They are always in touch with the local distributors to support them on both technical and economical points of view.
The Materials Specialists all come to Sales after training and working in Production for a certain period, to improve their skills once they are on the front line of the market.
When new projects are needed, the Materials Specialists report to the R&D where our Engineers, Metallurgists and Chemical Experts develop cutting tools proposals and solutions.
Meanwhile the R&D also works to improve the existing technologies. They are in close touch with the Production as well as with the Finance, when need to invest resources and make technical steps forward.
